1.3 The Website is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Website.
1.4 The Website may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
2. User Conduct:
2.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 You shall not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
2.3 Violation of the terms and conditions will lead to removal of BabySitters Club Connect profiles & cancelation of Memberships without refund.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.5 You shall not upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or obscene.
2.5.1 You shall not Include any personal contact information such as a phone number, email address, Skype Id, personal webpage address, in any field which does is not specifically requested by the Babysitters Club Connect page.
2.5.2 Personal contact information such as a phone number, email address, Skype Id, personal webpage address may be shared when registering a profile on the website.
2.5.3 You shall not attempt to direct users to any other platform from the BabySitters Club Connect page where your contact information may be obtained.
2.5.4 You shall not attempt to solicit any services other than those offered or approved by BabySitters Club to its registered users or members.
2.5.5 You shall not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, discriminating or invasive of another’s privacy.
2.5.6 You shall not upload, post, email or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationship or any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any other party.
2.5.7 You shall not upload, post, email or transmit material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 BabySitters Club do not have a refund or Guarantee policy for the use of Babysitters club connect service.
The Babysitters club connect platform is used to view candidates and Families profiles with limited information for free, and disclosing the contact information of the candidates or families you wish to contact upon registering as a member and paying a member fee. Should the families or candidates not be interested in the position or interested to interview you after you have paid your membership fee, we will not refund the membership fee already processed.
3.2 Registering on BabySitters club as a Family, Au Pair, BabySitter, Tutor, or Driver, does not guarantee a placement.
3.3 A 3-month Guarantee applies with a free re-placement, should you register to have Babysitters club find an Au Pair on your behalf, no refund will be processed for placement fees paid.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 The content and materials available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of BabySitters Club or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from the Website without the prior written consent of BabySitters Club. Violation is punishable by law.

5.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by BabySitters Club. These links are provided for your convenience, and BabySitters Club does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
6.1 The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2 Although BabySitters Club take all steps necessary to provide an updated & current Babysitters club connect platform, Babysitters club cannot be held liable should a vacancy or candidate not be available any longer at time of registration and payment of membership fees and no refunds will be processed in these cases.
6.3 Babysitters club can also not guarantee the accuracy of the contact information provided on Babysitters Club connect profiles, should the information provided prove to be incorrect.
6.4 BabySitters Club does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6.5 Although we will implement all reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information that is in our possession, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted using the internet and we cannot be held liable for any loss of privacy occurring during such transmission.
6.6 The information contained on this website is intended for the Republic of South Africa, and any products or services offered on this website are intended for the Republic of South Africa only.
